These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our websites and online stores operated under our brands Melba Perfumesand Harvestry (collectively referred to as “our platforms”).

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from any of our platforms — including but not limited to www.melba.in and www.harvestry.in — you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Company Overview

Melba Beauty Essentials Private Limited is the parent company of:

• Melba Perfumes – a luxury brand offering fine fragrances, skincare, and apparel.

• Harvestry – a premium smart food brand focused on health-conscious and clean nutrition.

All transactions, licenses, and brand operations are managed and governed under Melba Beauty Essentials Private Limited, registered in Tamil Nadu, India.

 

2. General Terms

• We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

• Your continued use of our platforms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

• We may refuse service or cancel orders if fraudulent or abusive activity is suspected.

3. Product Information

• All products listed under Melba Perfumes and Harvestry are described as accurately as possible.

• We make every effort to ensure product information, pricing, and images are correct. However, minor variations in color, fragrance, or packaging may occur due to production or screen differences.

• Our wellness and skincare products are for external/personal use only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease.

4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST.

  • Perfumes & Skincare: 18% GST

  • Smart Food (Tea, Honey, etc.): 5% GST

• We accept secure payments through major credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and typically delivered within 5–7 working days, depending on the shipping address.

• Delays due to courier service, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

• Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if they have not been dispatched.

• Due to the nature of our products (fragrances, skincare, and food items), returns are not accepted once opened or used.

• Refunds will be issued only for damaged, defective, or incorrect deliveries reported within 48 hours of receipt, with proof (photo/video) sent to support@melba.in or support@harvestry.in.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, product names, designs, and creative content featured under Melba Perfumes, Harvestry, and Melba Beauty Essentials Private Limited are owned exclusively by the Company.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification of any materials is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

• The Company shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product misuse, delayed delivery, or website access issues.

• All users are responsible for ensuring that products purchased are suitable for their intended use.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu.
